The Supreme Court suspended the execution of the decision to return the Lido Hotel, before the judgment of the contestation in annulment, informs Mediafax. The High Court of Appeals and Justice decided in early March to “return to the lawful owners” the building in which Lido Hotel is located. According to George Paunescu, this law bans the restitution in kind of the fixed assets that prevent the running of the object of activity of the company.
